Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by AndyDuck Appliance Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling, requesting, or receiving our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

AndyDuck Appliance Solutions provides professional appliance repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for residential and commercial customers. We service a wide range of household appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and microwaves.

All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and parts availability. We reserve the right to decline service at our sole discretion.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or SMS. You are responsible for ensuring that the appliance and service location are accessible at the scheduled time. A cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee.

3. SMS Communications & Text Messaging Policy

AndyDuck Appliance Solutions uses SMS (text message) communications to send appointment confirmations, technician arrival alerts, service status updates, and promotional offers to customers who have opted in.

Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our contact form, or by texting START to our business number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from AndyDuck Appliance Solutions. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to opt back in.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at the information provided on our website.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 messages per month depending on your service activity.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and other major US carriers. Carrier liability is not assumed for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Service estimates are provided as good-faith approximations and may change based on the actual condition of the appliance, parts availability, and labor required. Final pricing will be communicated before any repair work begins. A diagnostic fee may apply and will be disclosed at the time of scheduling.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Returned checks and declined payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Warranty on Repairs

We stand behind our work. Repairs performed by AndyDuck Appliance Solutions are warranted for 90 days from the date of service for labor, and parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

AndyDuck Appliance Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of food, property damage, or loss of use. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and the nature of the problem
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance for our technicians
  • Not interfere with or attempt to repair the appliance during our service
  • Ensure that the service area is free from hazards

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AndyDuck Appliance Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which AndyDuck Appliance Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
